Zoe Parker, the heroine of BILLIONAIRE COUNTRY, makes this dip to keep around for a snack while she’s recording, writing new songs, or just rolling down the highway in her motorhome in-between gigs. “Hey, y’all, it’s even almost healthy! Or it would be if I ate it with fruit ‘stead of Nilla wafers.” If any of you haven’t yet met Zoe and her hero, Tucker Tate, you can still grab the book in various formats. Click on the cover to head over to Harlequin. If you don’t want to buy it there, there are links to all the other retailers on the book’s page. And enjoy the dip.
